We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and confident individual to complement our established sales team at our busy Shefford Office.

The successful candidate should have a genuine passion for property, be enthusiastic and pride themselves in building relationships with potential sellers and buyers as well as delivering great customer service along with having excellent verbal and written communication skills.

As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in our team, facilitating property sales and purchases while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The role is working Monday to Friday.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings and providing detailed information to potential buyers.
  • Managing an applicant base of potential buyers
  • Generating and booking valuations
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties.
  • Progressing sales through to exchange and completion – liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
  • Keeping up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations Requirements

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably within the property industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
  • A Full UK valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
