We are currently seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Sales Administrator for our busy Stotfold office. The position is Monday-Friday.

As an integral part of our team, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office and facilitate successful property transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing property listings, including updating online platforms and databases with accurate information and photos.
  • Coordinate appointments, property viewings, and meetings for estate agents and clients.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing excellent customer service and directing queries to the appropriate team members.
  • Prepare and process property documents, contracts, and agreements in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organised filing systems and databases to ensure efficient retrieval of information.
  • Collaborate with team members to support various administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the property industry.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with property management software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of estate agency terminology and procedures is a plus.
  • Professional demeanour with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
