This week we will be looking at the process of organising viewings on your property. It’s important to get a viewing strategy that you and your agent agree. Speak to them about the best times of the week to conduct them and also discuss the prospect of an open day for your property.
The normal viewing procedure for your agent will be to conduct day viewings and you will conduct evening viewings, but this arrangement needs to be agreed with your agent first. The main things are to be aware of when the viewings are and make sure everything is in pristine condition.
TOP TIP: consider the finer details as these can sometimes be missed. Check all dirty dishes are cleaned and put away as well as any clothes that may still be hung up to dry.
