The next most expensive property listing for Biggleswade has a guide price of £650,000. This is for a six-bedroom detached property, and again, is located in the SG18 postcode region.

The most affordable property listed for sale in Biggleswade is a £135,000; one bedroom-apartment in North Gate Court

Of the 188 listed properties in Biggleswade, 26 are listed as detached properties. There are not many more semi-detached properties for sale in the area, with only 41 listed for sale.

Flats are the most common property for sale in Biggleswade
