Sales Negotiator - Full Time
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual to complement our sales team at our Shefford Office.
The role is working Monday to Friday. This varied roles mean no two days are the same.
The successful candidate should have a genuine passion for property, be enthusiastic and pride themselves in building relationships with potential sellers and buyers as well as delivering great customer service along with having excellent verbal and written communication skills. The duties include arranging and conducting property viewings, generating and booking valuations, managing an applicant base of potential buyers, negotiating offers, as well as progressing sales through to exchange and completion.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is a must. Experience in a similar role would be preferred although full training would be provided to the right candidate.
