Sales Negotiator - Part Time

For this varied role we are looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual with a professional appearance, excellent communication skills, as well as having an engaging personality. Good time management and organisational skills are also a must as you will be working weekends on a rota basis.

The successful candidate should have a genuine passion for property, be enthusiastic and pride themselves in building relationships with potential sellers and buyers as well as delivering great customer service along with having excellent verbal and written communication skills. The duties include arranging and conducting property viewings, generating and booking valuations, managing an applicant base of potential buyers, negotiating offers, as well as progressing sales through to exchange and completion.  

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is a must. Experience in a similar role would be preferred although full training would be provided to the right candidate.
