This Victorian cottage is beautifully presented throughout. On the ground floor you enter through a porch into the living room which features a wood burner and solid wood floor, an archway takes you through to the dining area with turning stairs to the first floor and door to the kitchen which has a John Lewis fitted kitchen with double butler style sink and wooden worktops. On the first floor the main bedroom is to the front of the property and the second bedroom to the rear with a bathroom between the two. The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle and a freestanding claw foot bath very in keeping with the character of the property. To the rear is a useful brick built outbuilding with a cloakroom leading onto the rear garden which is approximately 180ft long. At the front there is off street parking for one vehicle.
