Tenancy Fees

On successful passing of credit checks 1 months rent (less holding deposit) and a damages deposit equivalent to 5 weeks agreed rent is required. Deposit

When offering to rent and reserve the letting agent will require: A Holding Deposit equal to 1 weeks (agreed) rent to reserve the property. Personal identification for all applicants is required to be seen within 2 days of reservation (also for guarantor if applicable). On successful passing of references and credit checks payment of 1 month’s (agreed) rent in advance (less the Holding Deposit). On successful passing of references and credit checks payment of a damages deposit equal to 5 weeks (agreed) rent. If the years total agreed rent is greater than £50,000 the damages deposit shall be equal to 6 weeks (agreed) rent.
