It's National Valuation Week so join the nation and find out the value of your property

Hunters, one of the UK’s largest estate agency businesses, has set out to value the nation’s property market during a dedicated National Valuation Week between 17 – 23 September and being part of their national network, we've decided to jump on board and value all of the properties in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.

With over 200 branches spanning the width and breath of the country, Hunters and Country Properties are in a good place to deliver property valuations in all corners of the land. Up and down the country we are inviting everyone in their area to have a free 20-minute sales or lettings valuation of their property, free of charge and without obligation. What this means is unlike smaller local agents, we can find buyers and tenants from across the country rather than just the local area; likewise if you're looking to move away, Hunters might have the perfect property for you.

Martin Robinson, National Sales Director at Hunters, says:
“We are excited help people up and down the country find out the value of their home during the National Valuation Week. This is a great opportunity to meet with your local Country Properties agent to find out how much your property has increased in price, get free advice about your local market as well as answers to all kinds of questions you may have about your property and the moving process.”

“The first step in the moving process, whether you are selling or letting, is to understand the current value of your property. With so much talk in the media around the UK’s property market and property prices, our National Valuation Week is a timely opportunity for people to get expert advice from our local, trained agents – all for free.”

“Now is an ideal time to put your property on the market as people are back from the summer holidays, ready to kick start the process in order to be in their new home for Christmas.  Our National Valuation Week is however open to anyone, whether you are thinking of selling or letting now or in the future”.
