Coronavirus (COVID-19) - Update

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE: 24/03/2020

We are committed to providing as much business as usual to aid our customers, suppliers and staff in this difficult period and you can continue to contact us by phone or email and our other online facilities. However, please note that our branches are now physically closed to assist in the national effort to contain the spread of the Coronavirus and COVID-19.

The current coronavirus (COVID-19) situation is taking us into unprecedented territory. We would like to take this opportunity to assure you that the well-being of our customers and employees remains our main priority. We want to reassure all our customers that we are taking steps to make sure that business continues as usual and that our service delivery is of the highest standard.

As a business, we are following the guidelines and recommendations from the government and will continue to do so.

We are mindful that our customers will be at different stages in their transactions. For those that are already in progress we would like to assure you that our investment in cloud-based technology means transactions can progress and, in many cases, you can also track those transactions remotely.

We are available 24/7 via our Customer Portals, email and by phone to ensure business continues as usual. If you do not have your customer portal login details, please contact your Country Properties branch.

Online payments from tenants and to landlords will be unaffected.

You can find up to date information about the current situation in the UK and advice from the government via their website here.

Our job is to hope for the best but plan for the unexpected – and that is what we are doing. We also have contingency plans in place should the situation worsen. People will always need to move and we’re here to help all our customers whether buying, renting, selling or letting across our nation-wide network.
