However, please note that our branches are now physically closed to assist in the national effort to contain the spread of the Coronavirus and COVID-19.
The current coronavirus (COVID-19) situation is taking us into unprecedented territory. We would like to take this opportunity to assure you that the well-being of our customers and employees remains our main priority. We want to reassure all our customers that we are taking steps to make sure that business continues as usual and that our service delivery is of the highest standard.
As a business, we are following the guidelines and recommendations from the government and will continue to do so.
We are mindful that our customers will be at different stages in their transactions. For those that are already in progress we would like to assure you that our investment in cloud-based technology means transactions can progress and, in many cases, you can also track those transactions remotely.
We are available 24/7 via our Customer Portals, email and by phone to ensure business continues as usual. If you do not have your customer portal login details, please contact your Country Properties branch.
Online payments from tenants and to landlords will be unaffected.
